At the July 9, 2025 meeting of the MacArthur Park Neighborhood Council, the board voted to oppose City Council File 15-0989-S47
which is focused on expediting infrastructure and venues associated with the Olympics.
MPNC expressed concern that the scope of the council file was too broad, failed to address adaptive reuse and lacks accountability.
