What an incredible morning we had today at Shine LA (February 28, 2026), celebrating our neighborhoods through action and kicking off the day at MacArthur Park with the 3rd annual “Love My Community” Community Cleanup and Sustainability Fair.
Hundreds of volunteers, community leaders, and families came together in MacArthur Park, as well as other areas such as Koreatown, Augustus Hawkins Nature Park, Harbor City, and downtown Los Angeles, to plant trees, paint public spaces, and clean up our communities, demonstrating pride and commitment to the places we call home.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped strengthen cleaner, safer and more prosperous communities.
